San Jose Airport's full name is the "Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport".

The airport is two miles north of downtown San Jose and serves the central coast of California with almost 400 daily commercial flights. In 2003 SJC served over 10.7 million passengers. The airport is owned and operated by the City of San Jose
